In real-world practice environments, ensuring the availability of essential data for machine learning algorithms can be a significant challenge. We develop our AI solutions using an advanced machine learning approach that involves transforming a single AI model into multiple "expert" models. Each expert specializes in a specific subset of the input data, allowing them to collaboratively perform tasks.
Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) architectures enable the creation of large-scale models, even those with billions of parameters, to significantly reduce computation costs during pre-training and achieve faster performance during inference. This efficiency is achieved by selectively activating only the specific experts needed for a particular task, rather than engaging the entire neural network for every task. We have successfully addressed NP-hard optimization problems that are difficult to solve with classical optimization methods. We are actively seeking more opportunities to apply and verify our approaches on real-world challenges.
